Our high energy fitness classes are designed to really get the blood pumping. This is the perfect way to tone up and enjoy yourself at the same time. This class is suitable for both beginners and advanced members as you decide the pace.
Who Can Bounce?
Anyone over 16 years of age can participate in our fitness class. This class runs every Thursday from 7pm – 8pm. You can book online for these classes or just turn up on the night (allowing yourself time to get checked in and watch our safety video).
Terms of Fitness session
Everyone must have a completed waiver.
Jump Warrior socks must be worn at all times during Fitness Sessions, if you do not have any these they can be purchased at reception.
